Safety & Guest Information

OASA events run inside professional, ticketed venues with venue security, controlled entry and box-office ticketing. Most shows are 21+ with valid ID. Here's what to expect and what to bring.

Age & ID

Most OASA events are 21+ and require a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID. Age policy is listed on every event page; check it before you buy.

Entry & screening

All guests and bags are screened on entry. Weapons of any kind are prohibited. Arrive with time to get through the door comfortably.

Bags

Venue bag policies vary and change. Check the venue's current policy — linked from every event page — before you leave the house.

Prohibited items

Weapons, outside food and drink, illegal substances, professional camera equipment without credentials, and anything the venue prohibits.

Re-entry

No re-entry at most venues once you've left.

Accessibility

Our venues are accessible. If you need accommodations, contact the venue in advance or email us and we'll help arrange it.

Heat & hydration

Arizona summers are serious. Free water is available at every event. If you feel unwell, find staff immediately.

Medical

Every event has designated staff. Tell any staff member or security officer.

Lost & found

Contact the venue first; email us and we'll follow up.

Getting home

Rideshare pickup zones are listed on each event page. If you've been drinking, use them.

See something, say something

Tell the nearest staff member or security officer. In an emergency, call 911 first.
